You stay the one with the ideas. You talk, I ask questions, and you correct me when I get it wrong. Your words, your judgment, your call. I run the machines.
Work arrives every Friday. Finished, and explained in plain words. You look it over. I keep going.
Your organization owns all of it. Everything lands in a library with your organization’s name on it. It stacks up week after week, in one place and in order.

Why The Web3 Family?
Web 1 was pages you read. Web 2 was pages you posted to, and somebody else kept what you made. Web 3 is a newer term for a simple idea: what you make belongs to you.
That idea is the whole reason for the name. Family is the plain part. You get one person who knows your work and stays with it.
What happens if I stop?
You keep all of it. Every file, every account, every password, already in your organization’s name.
What do you need from me?
Two hours a week and your honest opinion. You talk. Friday you look over what came out and tell me what to fix.
